Having
written words for yourself and your team to follow is a great idea.
It sounds much simpler than trying to fly by the seat of your
pants and dazzle your prospect with great speech, especially if you
have no experience in this industry. The idea of cold calling, or
talking to people in general can be terrifying! Reading a sheet
of paper is something most prospects, and distributors feel they can do.
Scripts
are a necessary tool when building an mlm business. Whether you
are situationally prospecting, or closing a group, if you want your new
people to also be able to do what you do then it cannot be about
talent. It cannot be about personality. It must be about
duplication, and keeping it simple. One thing that is necessary,
and that everyone can learn is SKILL. Remember, it is not just what you
say, but how you say it. That being said, having written words for you and your team to READ takes a big question away.... "What do I say?"
